our Founder
My name is Mike Brake
With over 15 years in the health industry, I've spent the last decade helping people fix their backs, hips, shoulders and knees - especially when traditional physiotherapy and chriopractic care have fallen short. More recently, I've seen an increasing number of golfers struggling with nagging injuries that drain the joy from the game they love.
That's why I created Total Golf Health and our flagship program, The Golf Longevity Method - a revolutionary approach designed specifically for golfers who want to stay pain free without extra hours in the gym or warming up before their round. Using just your golf club and ball, you can relieve pain, improve your mobility and extend your enjoyment of the game for years to come - all while on the course.
Don't let pain hold you back. Join today and rediscover your love for the game.

what the experts say
While our founder has a considerable expertise in how the human body works and how to fix the ailments that take the fun out of golf, a number of golf experts were consulted in the creation of our programs.
Take a look at what they say and discover some of the important principles we built Total Golf Health on.
More mobile hips and shoulders make it easier to generate rotation. I've seen players in their 50s and 60s gain clubhead speed by improving their movement efficiency in this way.
I've worked with golfers who thought they were losing distance due to age, but in reality, they had just lost range of motion. Once they regained the mobility in their hips, ankles and shoulders; while adding stability in their core, swing speed came right back.
The key to clubhead speed isn't just strength - it's the ability to use that strength efficiently. Longevity training improves sequencing and range of motion, which directly impacts distance.
